Description
Hunt trophy class whitetails in Adams County Illinois. With nearly 3,000 acres of prime whitetail habitat, this property has it all. Since 1995 the property has been managed for trophy class whitetails. These properties have been
under strict trophy management since the beginning of Steve's business. We do not allow
the harvest of bucks with a gross score of less than 130”.
The properties are not pressured as we utilize established
stand placement areas, and hunters are not allowed free roam
of the properties. This, in combination with a limited
amount of hunters per season gives all hunters an excellent
chance of success on a trophy buck. Lodging and your evening
meal are provided.
Non resident archery licenses are issued by calling a
distribution number starting in June. These licenses do sell
out so timeliness is important. Non resident firearms
licenses are available in July by filling out and submitting
your application. To date, we have not had a hunter who
hasn't received the license he/she has applied for.

All hunts require a 50% non-refundable deposit
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the start of your hunt
