The Lodge was created with families and hunters in mind.
It is located on the end of a quiet road in a tranquil valley consisting of open meadows, hills, and a large pond.
Relax in front of the gas fireplace or sit out on the deck and enjoy the view of the hills, pond, and wildlife.
The floor plan is open and roomy. The large floor to ceiling windows offer lots of natural light.
Hardwood floors in the main living areas. Wall-to-wall carpet in all sleeping areas.
Walls are natural pine. Located in the Hartwick area of Otsego County, it is only 9 miles from the Village of
Cooperstown and 18 miles from the City of Oneonta.
Over 5,000 acres of State lands are available for hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, snow mobiling,
and hiking just minutes from the Lodge. Otsego Lake, Canadarago Lake, Goodyear Lake, and
Susquehanna River are all nearby.

IDAHO

This cabin in Dixie, Idaho was properly named Paradise Mountain.  If you enjoy the outdoors; hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, ATVing, photography, then this is your Paradise.  Located at the “end of the road,” this cabin is surrounded by over 2 million acres of National Forest and Wilderness.  It is a true getaway where you can enjoy peace and quiet with none of the everyday nuisances of the real world.  Enjoying the experience is made so easy from the 2 year young, handcrafted log cabin which boasts all the luxuries of a home away from home.
There is a wide variety of fishing opportunities from the cabin.  There is a mountain stream within 1 mile with native trout.  There are numerous mountain lakes that can reached on a basic day-trip or hike.  Two rivers are accessible; one of which has 40+ miles accessible from the road on your way to Dixie.  The second river is the Salmon River, 20-25 miles from the cabin.  Chartering a boat with whitewaterexpeditions.com is highly recommended to truly view or fish the Salmon.
If you like snowmobiling, then having an average of 4-7 feet of snow during the winter should get your attention. 
Not to mention 260+ miles of groomed trails and endless off trail possibilities make this area a snowmobiler’s Paradise.  Unless it’s a holiday or during the annual President Day Races, it’ll feel like you have all the trails to yourself.

OHIO

Our Ohio cabin is located in Southern Adams County. The Ohio River, Kentucky, Cincinnati, and several local attractions, including Serpent Mound, are a short drive from the cabin. The cabin will sleep 4 people, has a full kitchen, bath and washer/dryer.
